Job summary

Rubix UKII is seeking a Branch Business Manager in the United Kingdom. You will drive productivity to hit KPIs, oversee sales and profit, and lead a team to deliver customer excellence. An industrial/engineering background with strong communication and people management skills is preferred to execute our business strategy.

You will manage P&L, recruit and develop staff, and build relationships across functions to deliver profitable growth in a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in the business-to-business services market and able to demonstrate management skills and team development.
• Experience taking personal responsibility of a P&L is essential.
• Strong communication and people management skills to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team to hit KPIs including sales and profit.
• Recruit, train and develop staff while managing performance.
• Drive customer excellence and manage key client relationships.
• Oversee P&L and cost centre performance.
