Job summary

Nationwide is hiring a Customer Representative at our Rosyth branch. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours/week, Monday–Saturday) involves helping customers in person, on the phone, and online.

You’ll assist with transactions, answer queries, and introduce customers to banking services and digital tools to manage their money confidently. You’ll join a supportive branch team with training designed to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service helps you thrive.
• Ability to listen carefully and understand customer needs.
• Comfort with using digital tools and basic banking products.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs to offer trusted help with banking.
• Handle transactions and queries accurately while prioritising security and fairness.
• Guide customers through products and services that suit their needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, even at peak times.
• Follow processes and escalate issues when needed to protect customers and Nationwide.
• Contribute to keeping face-to-face banking meaningful and accessible on the high street.
