Job summary

You will work as part of a close-knit Fleet team, upholding a safety-first culture, meeting SLA targets, and providing great service at the trade counter. This role offers varied responsibilities and opportunities for growth within our network.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Experience in delivery driving, warehouse, logistics, or branch support.
• Proven customer service experience and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safety-first culture with the customer at heart of everything.
• Meet service level agreements and KPI targets across key business metrics.
• Ensure the branch is operationally efficient with proper controls and measures.
• Work as a member of the Fleet team with a customer-first attitude.
• Improve returns, credits and warranty processes to enhance customer experience.
• Support the retail counter to maintain best-in-class branch standards.
