LKQ Euro Car Parts Ltd. is seeking a Branch Assistant to join a busy Worcestershire branch. The role combines deliveries, warehouse duties and counter support to ensure customers receive excellent service.

You will handle orders, maintain stock accuracy and support daily branch operations in a fast-paced environment. Training and development opportunities are available as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support.
• Full UK driving licence (clean).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Health & Safety practices.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices.
• Flexible, reliable and team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, providing excellent service.
• Support Click & Collect and assist at the trade counter when needed.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders efficiently.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and keep company vehicles roadworthy.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and contribute to branch governance.
• Attend daily team briefings and collaborate to improve branch performance.
