Job summary

Stevenswood Perth is seeking a friendly Branch Assistant to join its Perth team. The role combines customer service, sales support, administration and warehouse duties, with a 39-hour weekly schedule and a Friday finish.

You’ll handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and stock, and help ensure every customer leaves feeling sorted. A supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or busy branch environments is helpful.
• Ability to respond to enquiries and manage customer accounts and orders.
• Good numeracy and computer skills; willingness to learn company products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from first enquiry through to installation.
• Prepare quotations using industry-specific software and contact customers on promotions.
• Manage orders and stock: pick stock, organise loads for dispatch, store goods efficiently.
• Maintain customer database, handle payments and assist with end-of-day banking and reporting.
• Help keep branch standards: tidy, efficient, safe workplace.
• Support branch KPIs and identify opportunities to generate additional business.
• Assist Branch Manager and help onboard new colleagues.
