The Branch Assistant role blends hands-on work with learning, and offers a thorough induction and ongoing training. The ideal candidate is energetic, ready to learn, and willing to support all aspects of running the branch.

Qualifications

• Experience in a trade counter environment would be preferred but not essential as the right attitude and drive will overcome any lack of this experience.
• Must have a full valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Works with the team to provide excellent customer service.
• Help maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to achieve branch performance targets and provide cover when required.
