Job summary

Epwin Group Plc in Accrington is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy trade counter and warehouse team. You will provide excellent customer service, support health and safety, and handle multi-drop deliveries in a small team.

The role requires a full valid driving license and a proactive attitude; forklift training can be provided. We offer training, company pension, TELUS discounts, and clear career prospects within Epwin Group.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving license.
• Forklift truck license would be preferable but training will be provided.
• Previous experience in a driving role would be advantageous.
• Good organisational skills and IT literacy.
• Experience in a trade counter environment would be preferred but not essential; right attitude and drive will overcome lack of this experience.

Responsibilities

Our role of a Branch Assistant:

• Works together with the team to provide excellent customer service.

• Will have a friendly, welcoming attitude and have energy and passion that is required to deliver what our customers require.
• Be versatile and prepared to assist in all aspects of running the branch.
• Must have a full valid driving license. A forklift truck license would be preferable but if not, training will be provided.
• Previous experience in a driving role would be advantageous.
• Good organisational skills and be IT literate.
