Job summary

Epwin Group Plc in Tipner is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our trade counters team. You will work with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, maintain high standards in the counter and warehouse, and support with health and safety compliance and deliveries.

You should have a full valid driving license; a forklift license is preferred and training will be provided if not. The role offers career prospects within the Epwin Group family and opportunities to contribute ideas and learn

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving license.
• Forklift license preferred; training available if not.
• Good organisational skills and IT literate.
• Previous driving experience advantageous.
• Experience in a trade counter environment helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with the team.
• Maintain high standards in the trade counter and warehouse.
• Work with a can-do attitude in a small team.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Be versatile and prepared to assist in all aspects of running the branch.
• Support with multi-drop deliveries and coordinating deliveries.
