Job summary

Epwin Group PLC is seeking a Branch Assistant in Bridgend to support daily counter and warehouse operations with a strong customer focus. A full valid driving license is essential; forklift training can be provided if not held.

The role involves teamwork, health and safety responsibilities, and assisting with deliveries to help meet branch targets. Training will be provided to develop product knowledge and IT skills.

Qualifications

Friendly, welcoming attitude and energy to deliver customer requirements.
Versatile and prepared to assist in all aspects of running the branch.
Must have a full valid driving license. Forklift license preferable, training provided if not.
Previous driving experience would be advantageous.
Good organisational skills and IT literacy.
Experience in a trade counter environment is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

Work with the team to provide excellent customer service.
Help maintain high standards in the trade counter area and warehouse.
Be part of a small team with a can-do/will-do attitude.
Assist with health and safety compliance.
Be competent with multi-drop deliveries.
Collaborate with Branch Manager to hit branch targets.
Provide cover in the branch when required.
