Job summary

Hayley Group is seeking a Branch Apprentice to join our Bradford team. This role offers a comprehensive training experience across the Warehouse, Trade Counter, and Internal Sales, allowing apprentices to gain valuable skills in various aspects of our business.

Successful candidates will complete an apprenticeship in Customer Service, with a competitive salary of £17,056, along with numerous benefits including annual leave, in-house training, and pension plans.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator willing to learn.
• Ability to travel to work and based locally.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate around all areas from the Warehouse, Trade Counter and Internal Sales.
• Learn about products and services provided.
• Assist customers via phone and emails.
