Job summary

Bradfords Building Supplies Ltd is offering a Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship across the South West. You will spend time in different departments, shadowing roles and learning how the branch operates while delivering excellent customer service.

You will be supported throughout the programme, with a development focus and regular progress reviews. A good basic salary is offered, above the national apprenticeship rate, plus benefits as described.

Job description

Working as part of our branch team within a busy environment, the apprentice role is a great opportunity to kick-start your career with us. The role is full of variety where no two days will be the same; through shadowing and support, you’ll learn how different roles in the branch work and interact and you will spend time in different departments, learning how we operate.

Through involvement in all aspects of our sales activities, you will learn how to provide excellent service to our customers as well as growing your product knowledge. Throughout your apprenticeship, we will provide training, support and development to ensure you get the best possible start to your career.

You will have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to demonstrate an aptitude for selling. Self-motivated and confident with a positive attitude towards providing excellent customer service, you must also be able to multi-task and meet deadlines. Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office, are desirable.
