No prior experience is required—just enthusiasm and a customer‑service mindset. The apprenticeship pays £16,640, includes 23 days of annual leave, uniform and PPE, and access to training via our Hayley Academy.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required—just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• GCSEs English and Maths.
• Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office.
