Job summary

ArtsHub (UK) Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Box Office and Duty Manager to lead frontline services within our Visitor Experience Department.

You will manage a team of multiskilled staff delivering reception, Box Office counter and telephone service, while ensuring accurate administration of shows on sale using the Spektrix system. Reporting to the Head of Visitor Experience, you will oversee staff, system maintenance and operations, and represent the theatre in delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Experience working on a CRM system.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to prioritise own workload and work to conflicting deadlines.
• Line management experience and ability to motivate others.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline services within the Visitor Experience Department.
• Manage and motivate a team of multiskilled staff for reception and Box Office duties.
• Oversee Box Office system management and Spektrix operations.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Programming to ensure accurate show administration.
• Represent the theatre and deliver high standards of customer service across all frontline areas.
