The National Theatre is seeking a part-time Box Office Sales Assistant to join the Box Office team on a six-month fixed-term basis. You will handle ticket sales and enquiries, delivering friendly, efficient service to customers in person, by phone or online, and support bookings and payments at peak times.

Key requirements include strong customer service experience, professional communication, and excellent IT skills with Word and Outlook. Previous theatre or hospitality experience is a plus.

• Demonstrable experience of working in a customer service role.
• Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and resolving interactions with a calm and confident approach.
• Accurate keyboard skills and proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
