Job summary

National Theatre is seeking a Box Office Sales Assistant to join the Box Office team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by handling ticket sales and enquiries, both in person and via phone or online channels.

You will manage bookings, process payments accurately, and provide information about shows, seating, and pricing. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of working in a customer service role.
• Proven ability to greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and resolve interactions calmly and confidently.
• Accurate keyboard skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Experience of working in a team and sharing responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.
