Job summary

Hotel Indigo Coventry in the heart of Coventry city centre is seeking a confident Receptionist to join its team. You’ll be the first point of contact, delivering a warm welcome and first-class service at the front desk and reception area.

As part of our 101-bedroom boutique hotel, you’ll help guests with check-in/check-out, share local knowledge, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience in an open-concept setting including Cogs Restaurant.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and first-point-of-contact duties.
• Familiarity with Opera property management system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm, professional welcome at the front desk.
• Assist guests with inquiries and local information to enhance their stay.
• Handle check-in/check-out efficiently and coordinate with Front of House teams.
