The role involves hands-on leadership, guest hosting, reservations, breakfast service, bar operation and supervision of housekeeping. You will manage rosters, suppliers and basic financials while maintaining exceptional standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant hospitality management experience.
• Non-smoker.
• Valid driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to work hands-on across all areas of hotel operations.
• Strong guest service and team management skills.
