Hotel Manager - Hospitality - Management Team

Cornwall | Live-In | February 2027 Start | Up to £50,000 + Bonus

We are recruiting an experienced hospitality manager to run an established 11-bedroom boutique hotel in a stunning Cornish coastal location.

The Package

The accommodation is provided free of rent as part of the employment package.

The Role

Working alongside a small team, the Hotel Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel and guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Guest hosting, reception and reservations
• Breakfast and light bar food
• Bar operation
• Housekeeping supervision
• Staff rotas and team management
• Stock, suppliers and basic financial administration
• Maintaining high standards throughout the property

This is a hands-on management role, and the successful candidate will be expected to lead by example and support the wider team across all areas of the hotel.

Hours: 6.30am-12pm and 3pm-10pm, with regular days/evenings off as part of the agreed rota.

About You

Previous management experience in a hotel, guest house, boutique hotel, luxury chalet or similar hospitality operation is essential.

We are looking for a professional, hands-on hospitality manager with excellent guest service, organisational and practical skills.
