No.124 Brighton by GuestHouse is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our boutique hotel team on Brighton’s seafront. You’ll ensure a warm welcome, seamless reception, and memorable guest experiences while keeping standards high.

You’ll inspire and develop the Front of House team, handle guest feedback with warmth, and collaborate with Housekeeping and F&B. Night shifts may be required as part of running a 24/7 operation.

Formación

• Experience in Front of House or Guest Services leadership in a hotel.
• Knowledge of Opera hotel system is required.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure and ability to handle guest concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire the Front of House team to deliver hospitality that keeps guests returning.
• Make every arrival feel special for first-timers and returning guests.
• Keep reception running smoothly during busy periods, even when crowds surge.
• Get to know guests, anticipate needs and add thoughtful touches.
• Handle guest feedback with warmth and confidence, resolving issues calmly.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to keep operations ticking smoothly.
• Maintain high standards, develop the team and attend to details.
• Roll up sleeves and lead by example, including night shifts when required.
