Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company in Tadcaster is seeking a Shift Leader for the bottling line to drive safe, efficient production on a Panama shift (12-hour days/nights). You will lead the shift team, partner with TPM stakeholders, and develop colleagues to perform at their best.

You’ll report to the Bottling Line Leader and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining a focus on health, safety and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced FMCG setting or on an automated packaging line inside supply chain.
• Solid understanding of TPM and applying it to improve production.
• Proven track record leading teams with supportive, engaging leadership.
• Strong commitment to health and safety with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team to work safely and deliver to plan.
• Report to Bottling Line Leader and support colleagues on the production line.
• Work with TPM stakeholders and apply TPM principles.
