Job summary

HEINEKEN UK Supply Chain in Tadcaster is seeking a Shift Leader to run the bottling line on a Panama 12-hour shift pattern, leading a shift team safely to plan and deliver output. You’ll report to the Bottling Line Leader and support colleagues to develop professionally and personally on site.

You’ll drive TPM-based improvements, ensure health and safety, and coach performance while maintaining strong collaboration with peers.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced FMCG or automated packaging lines.
• Solid TPM understanding with practical examples.
• Proven track record of leading teams with a supportive style.
• Degree or diploma in packaging, food science or related field is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Champion behavioural safety and hazard identification, resolving hazards to meet safety targets.
• Look after the health, wellbeing and attendance of your team.
• Drive high performance through clear communication and development reviews.
• Deliver department KPI targets to achieve strong operational results.
• Work with TPM stakeholders and apply TPM principles correctly.
• Lead Autonomous Maintenance and loss reduction activities and encourage team participation.
• Build team capability through structured training and assessment.
