Job summary

HEINEKEN UK Supply Chain in Tadcaster is seeking a Process Technician for the kegging production line. You will join the packaging team, operate and fault-find on machinery, and lead TPM initiatives to sustain efficiency and safety.

The role requires hands-on experience in a production environment, NVQ2 in maintenance, GCSEs in Maths/English, and IT systems knowledge. Panama shift pattern, permanent contract, salary from £34,040 with shift allowance.

Qualifications

• As well as the above, the successful candidate will have hands-on experience in a production facility or automated manufacturing.
• NVQ Level 2 Engineering Maintenance & Installation or equivalent qualification.
• Maths and English GCSEs are required; familiarity with IT systems is important.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean equipment on the kegging production line; perform basic maintenance.
• First line troubleshooting; reduce short stops and correct setup issues.
• Lead TPM activities and support shift handovers and team meetings.
• Adhere to health, safety, environment, and hygiene policies; promote a zero-accident culture.
• Ensure quality checks press First Time Right and report deviations.
