Job summary

HEINEKEN UK is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee the packaging and production team within our Star Pubs operation. You will lead with TPM principles, support team development, and maintain a safe, productive site.

Key focus includes driving safety, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to meet KPIs and improve line reliability. A strong FMCG packaging background and people leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• People management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong safety focus with attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of TPM principles and practices.
• Experience with packaging/fmcg operations is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in packaging/food sciences is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and TPM-based improvements on the production line.
• Manage health, wellbeing and attendance for a safe, productive workforce.
• Deliver KPI targets and drive high performance through effective communication and reviews.
• Develop team capability through structured training and assessments.
