About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen as a booking clerk to provide effective & efficient reception and administration duties to support the smooth running of Imaging Administration teams and Clinic Reception at Liverpool Women's Hospital.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining an efficient work environment. This position requires proficiency in computerised systems, excellent phone etiquette and strong organisational skills.

The role will be between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday as determined by the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake the booking and scheduling of patient appointments and associated administrative duties.
  • Support referral and appointment booking processes using Trust systems.
  • Manage waiting lists and contact patients to offer appointments.
  • Ensure all activities within the Imaging Department comply with the Trust Policies and that patients are offered an appropriate choice of appointments.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in computerised systems.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Strong organisational skills.
