THE ROLE

Based at our Welshpool Workshop in WA and reporting to the Production Manager, we are seeking experienced Boilermakers or Welders (1st or 2nd Class) to join our workshop. You’ll be working on a variety of fabrication, assembly, and welding tasks including piping, chutes and complex items to be ceramic lined.

Duties include:

• Mig welding Stainless steel and Mild Steel piping and platework
• Marking out technical layouts
• Operating various hand tools, powered and non-powered
• Using an overhead gantry crane and forklift
• Trade qualification in Boilermaking or Welding (1st or 2nd Class)
• Proven experience in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Machining or fitting experience desirable however not essential
