We are seeking an enthusiastic Boarding Assistants to help deliver high-quality boarding provision and contribute to an exceptional overall school experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the effective running, ethos, and discipline of the boarding houses in line with school policies.
  • Ensure compliance with the school's Child Protection and Safeguarding policy at all times.
  • Assist in the academic support and progress of pupils within the boarding house.
  • Foster a positive house spirit and create an environment that promotes social and emotional development.
  • Lead and participate in evening and weekend extracurricular activities as part of the school's Activities programme.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students and staff effectively.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience or interest in working with young people in an educational or boarding setting.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly, including unsociable hours.
