BMW SALES EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY. Hedin Automotive is looking for an enthusiastic BMW Sales Executive to join its high performing team. Your Role

As a BMW Sales Executive for new and used cars, you'll guide customers through the entire sales process—from enquiry and test drive to finance options, accessories, and delivery. You'll share your expert knowledge on every model and be an ambassador for your Centre. By proactively reaching out to new and existing customers, you'll aim to meet sales targets. Your role will also involve negotiating sales based on customer needs and keeping all documentation up to date.

  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to close sales
  • Highly motivated to thrive in a competitive sales environment
  • Enjoy following processes, handling administration, and working under pressure
  • Well-organised with excellent diary management and timely follow-ups
  • Skilled at building rapport, earning trust, and resolving conflicts calmly.
  • Enthusiastic about customer service, professional, and well-presented
  • Proven sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Enthusiastic quick learners from customer service or sales backgrounds are welcome

Salary and Hours

Basic salary of £23,000 with a competitive OTE of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum + company car.

Working hours are Monday to Friday and every Saturday (with a day off during the week). Closed on Sundays for a better work-life balance.
