Job summary

E.ON Control Solutions Ltd in the UK is seeking a motivated BEMS engineer to move into an internal sales support role. You will assist the internal sales estimator with creating price lists, estimates, and tender documents, while learning how to promote the E.ON Controls brand and the company's sales propositions.

You will target consultants, contractors, and end users in the region, help price projects from £10K to £2M, and contribute to monthly sales reporting and lead generation as you grow

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred, though not essential.
• Understanding of the business, the region, and the sales role would be an advantage.
• Ability to work well as part of a team but also independently.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Good customer relations and awareness of health & safety implications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the internal sales estimator with creating price lists and estimates.
• Assist in tender and quotation preparation, including small quotes (£50) to large quotes (£10K).
• Involve in pricing of projects from £10K to £2M.
• Prepare technical enquiry documents to obtain control panel and electrical installation prices.
• Update quotations to reflect latest prices before submitting bids.
• Develop relationships with clients and consultants to support regional growth.
• Provide monthly sales activity and order forecast reports.
• Generate sales leads for the sales team.
• Promote the E.ON Controls brand and sales propositions.
