Job summary

E.ON Control Solutions Ltd is looking for a project leader with BEMS experience to join our London region team. The role focuses on delivering professional, high-quality service to customers and stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget while adhering to safety and quality policies.

You will manage full cost of allocated projects, coordinate with estimating and sales, oversee subcontractors, and deliver monthly revenue forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BMS/HVAC control system projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage projects to time and budget.
• Experience with ISO and HS policies compliance.
• Excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to produce weekly reports and progress updates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full cost management of allocated projects.
• Attend site progress meetings and produce weekly reports.
• Submit project variations and interim payments.
• Coordinate with estimating/sales at technical/commercial level.
• Ensure project files meet quality management procedures.
• Manage sub-contractors and internal resources.
• Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure H&S compliance and CDM requirements.
