Team BMS in the UK is seeking a technically credible Business Development Manager with an engineering background to drive growth in electrical control panels and BEMS solutions. You will engage consultants and contractors at specification stages, review drawings, and provide design-led input while managing the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

Engineering/electrical background with building automation knowledge.
Experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Engage with consultants and contractors at specification stage
Review drawings, schematics, and technical submissions
Provide solution-led input alongside internal engineering teams
Identify and secure new project opportunities
Manage the full sales lifecycle from enquiry to contract award
Build long-term relationships within the building services sector
