Location: UK-based | Field-based role – London & Home Counties generally.

TF Tull, one of the UK’s most established BMS contractors, is expanding! We're on the lookout for a Field Service Engineer to join our expert team delivering high-quality support to a prestigious client portfolio across multiple sectors.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Carrying out pre-planned and reactive BMS maintenance
• Supporting customers on-site and remotely
• Identifying system upgrades and energy-saving improvements
• Providing concise reports and technical documentation
• Participating in a call-out rota (limited sites) with advance notice of dates
• Delivering remedials and small works

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a BMS field service role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC principles
• Hands-on experience with BMS systems (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Delta, ALC)
• Familiarity with integration protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and M-Bus
• Confident troubleshooting software, graphics and control panels
• Full UK driving licence
