Mobile PPM Building Services Engineer - 40K + Travel – Luton

I am currently representing a leading HVAC specialist seeking a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer based in Luton, Hertfordshire, or Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will provide installation, planned maintenance, and servicing of a wide range of M&E equipment.

Established in 2002, the company has grown significantly and offers building performance assets, maintenance solutions, and capital projects across the UK. They work with retail, hotel, leisure, and multi-tenanted office spaces. This mobile role covers London and the Home Counties, servicing their diverse client portfolio.

The role involves service, maintenance, breakdown, and repair of all M&E plant, including:

• Plant room maintenance
• Plumbing maintenance
• Emergency light testing
• Fan coils, filters, pumps, motors, plumbing
• Fire alarm testing, lighting, ballasts, UPS, BMS
• First and second fix on lighting
• PPMs and reactive maintenance across facilities management

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded building services engineer, qualified electrically or mechanically. Plumbing/heating backgrounds are advantageous.

The coverage area includes Luton, Milton Keynes, Midlands, and occasionally London. You will join a team of three mobile service engineers.

• £40,000 basic salary, 40-hour week
