Job Description:

Electrical Maintenance Engineer – £40,000 – Kingston

Location: Kingston

Salary: £40,000 + Plenty of Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday, Split Days

A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider based in a commercial building in Kingston. The successful candidate will be electrically biased (NVQ, C&G, 17th/18th Edition, etc.) with proven experience in commercial building maintenance. You will work with the maintenance team on-site, carrying out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance tasks. The company offers a competitive salary up to £40,000, along with further training and career progression opportunities.

Duties:

• Carrying out daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Responding to emergency callouts
• Performing electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, and lighting systems
• Maintaining toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks
• Demonstrating knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems with fault-finding skills
• Working with BMS – Head End Controls
• Maintaining HVAC plant, VAV, VRV systems
• Water treatment, lamping, PAT testing

Requirements:

• Trade-trained with ideally 3 years’ experience in building services
• City & Guilds Qualified Electrical Level 3 or equivalent
• Driven to succeed and eager to learn
