Salary: Up to £50,800 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

You will be troubleshooting technical issues relating to building management and control systems.
You will be carrying out repairs to control systems and associated field devices.
You will be monitoring asset performance through system indicators and trends to ensure accurate information is provided to the back office.
You will be identifying recurring faults and implementing long term solutions while escalating lifecycle replacement needs.
You will be liaising with senior engineers and specialist contractors to resolve complex issues and improve system performance.
You will be identifying opportunities to improve maintenance delivery, energy efficiency, heating and hot water control.
Qualifications: You will hold a BTEC Level 3 qualification, or equivalent, in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, or controls.
Experience: You will have experience with building management systems, particularly Schneider systems, together with an understanding of industrial fire, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, heating and hot water control systems.
Skills: You will be an analytical problem solver who can work collaboratively with others and explain technical concepts clearly.
