Job summary

Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a BMS Controls Engineer to join our team in a hands-on role focused on building management system troubleshooting, repairs, and performance monitoring at our Bulford site. You will work with senior engineers and contractors to resolve issues and improve reliability.

Qualifications

Analytical problem solver who can work collaboratively and explain technical concepts clearly.
Experience with building management systems, especially Schneider systems.
BTEC Level 3 qualification in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, or controls.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot technical issues relating to building management and control systems.
Carry out repairs to control systems and associated field devices.
Monitor asset performance through system indicators and trends to provide accurate information to the back office.
Identify recurring faults and implement long term solutions while escalating lifecycle replacement needs.
Liaise with senior engineers and specialist contractors to resolve complex issues and improve system performance.
Identify opportunities to improve maintenance delivery, energy efficiency, heating and hot water control.
