Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a Senior Building Services Engineer to join our team in Tidworth. You will provide technical leadership across building services disciplines, supporting the estate with robust operation and maintenance strategies.
You will act as the senior technical authority for complex engineering issues, lead investigations, optimize asset performance and contribute to resilient service delivery. Security clearance is required.
Salary: TBC per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

You will provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise across building services engineering disciplines throughout the estate.
You will act as the senior technical authority and escalation point for complex engineering issues, critical asset failures and operational risks.
You will lead root cause investigations, identify recurring defects and implement engineering solutions that improve reliability and reduce risk.
You will evaluate asset performance and develop lifecycle replacement plans that support long term operational resilience.
You will support major incidents, service disruptions and business continuity events while helping restore critical services.
You will coach, mentor and develop technical capability across teams while building strong stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications: You will be degree qualified in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline and be a Chartered Engineer, or working towards chartership, through an appropriate professional institution.
Experience: You will have experience in the design, operation and maintenance of hot and cold water systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, heat pumps, building management systems and control systems, alongside experience writing technical reports and managing subcontractors.
Skills: You will be analytical, able to communicate effectively at all organisational levels and capable of building strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
