Job summary

Clear. is seeking a BMS Service Engineer to support commercial buildings across London. You will keep systems operational, diagnose faults and implement improvements with a strong focus on HVAC controls.

You'll contribute to service delivery with planned and reactive maintenance, software modifications, and clear documentation, while liaising with customers and project teams. Hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• BMS systems experience in commercial buildings.
• Strong HVAC controls knowledge and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

You’ll be responsible for keeping systems operational, solving technical problems and identifying opportunities to improve building performance.

You’ll be responsible for:

• BMS planned and reactive maintenance.
• Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Software modifications.
• Customer-facing technical support.
• Remedial and small works.
• Service documentation and reporting.
• Supporting commissioning and project teams.
• Strong HVAC controls knowledge.
• Good software and fault-finding skills.
• Trend or similar BMS experience.
• Strong customer communication.
• Full UK driving licence.
