Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor in QSR, fast casual or a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Confident leading busy shifts and making operational decisions.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A hands-on, proactive and adaptable approach.
• Strong understanding of food safety, health & safety and operational standards.
• Passion for delivering great customer service and developing a strong team.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant
• Lead shifts and ensure smooth, efficient operational execution
• Motivate, coach and develop team members
• Deliver an excellent guest experience and maintain high brand standards
• Support stock control, ordering and inventory management
• Ensure all operational procedures and systems are followed correctly
• Help build a positive, high-performing team culture
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and food safety
• Support labour management and effective shift planning
• Step up and take ownership of the restaurant when required
