Job summary

Bite Talent is seeking a Senior Operations Manager / Head of Operations to take ownership of a growing multi-site QSR franchise estate across the Midlands & South. This is a genuine build opportunity for an operator ready to move beyond store management and drive performance, people development and scale.

You will own operational performance, lead and develop the management team, professionalise training and onboarding, and shape the senior structure as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Senior Operations Manager level with multi-site P&L responsibility.
• Experience in QSR, hospitality or franchising preferred.
• Proven capability in leading and developing managers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of operational performance across the estate, including standards, costs and growth.
• Develop and mentor the management team; set clear expectations and address performance gaps.
• Professionalise training, onboarding and sign-off processes to build capability.
• Help design future Area/Multi-Site Manager structures as the business scales.
• Use data and reporting to identify opportunities and drive like-for-like growth.
• Provide clear reporting and guidance to owners, ensuring estate is well managed.
