Qualifications

• Strong multi-site leadership experience within QSR, hospitality or franchising.
• Experience managing a significant multi-site operation and P&L.
• Track record of improving sales, productivity and standards.
• Excellent people development and team-building capability.
• Confident in challenging performance and difficult conversations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on, commercially minded with growth ambition to Director level.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance across the estate, including delivery, labour, costs and standards.
• Develop management talent, set expectations and coach for performance.
• Professionalise training, onboarding and management sign-off processes.
• Help design future Area/Multi-Site Manager structures.
• Use data and reporting to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Partner with owners, providing clear reporting and strategic direction.
• Lead a structured operational review and prioritize improvement plans.
