GenScript Biotech Corp. is seeking an Inside Sales professional for its Europe Division to drive sales growth. The role is fully remote within the United Kingdom, focusing on the Oxford territory and engagement with potential and current customers via calls, emails, video, and chat.

You will collaborate with Field Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to tailor solutions, expand relationships, and manage leads in the CRM. A strong life sciences background and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in Inside Sales, BD, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers in the Oxford territory and generate leads.
• Understand customer needs and tailor pitches to address requirements.
• Collaborate with Field Sales and Marketing to plan local campaigns and events.
• Document all activities in the CRM and report progress to the sales manager.
• Work with regional colleagues to ensure effective territory coverage.
