Sygnature Discovery is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive the growth of our global business from a hybrid role in the UK. You will identify prospective customers in biotech and pharma, then craft targeted outreach to create credible opportunities for the Business Development team.

Strong writing, research and collaboration skills are essential. You will work with Marketing, scientists and BD to convert insights into timely, value-driven communications and handoffs.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent, ideally in a scientific, business or life sciences discipline.
• Understanding of biotech, pharma and drug discovery; life sciences experience is desirable.
• Experience in inside sales, sales or BD is advantageous but not essential.
• Commercially minded and curious about researching emerging companies and markets.
• Proactive, organised and resilient with multi-priority management.
• Strong research and analytical skills with sound judgement.
• Excellent writing to translate insights into outreach.
• CRM or other commercial systems experience and global collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prioritise target organisations and stakeholders in biotech and pharma.
• Monitor scientific and market developments to spot customer needs.
• Conduct structured prospecting via email, LinkedIn and campaigns.
• Qualify credible leads for Business Development and hand off opportunities.
• Collaborate across departments to align priorities and refine outreach.
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting and handoffs in CRM.
