Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is seeking a Biosurgery Sales Business Manager for the West Midlands region. You will drive growth of the biosurgery portfolio within NHS and private centres, leading account plans and coordinating with the wider MedTech family to deliver strategic sales initiatives.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, develop high-value opportunities, and lead cross-functional collaboration to meet annual growth targets and expand adoption of advanced surgical

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales success within Biosurgery or the wider surgical environment.
• Knowledge of NHS & Private sector markets across multispecialty surgical areas.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders to drive plans and strategies.
• Effective communicator with clear aims and objectives.
• ABPI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for Biosurgery portfolio in key centres of the West Midlands.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans focusing on high-value opportunities.
• Lead and develop accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships and aligning resources.
• Collaborate across the Johnson & Johnson MedTech family to maximize opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to support the Biosurgery market strategy.
