Johnson & Johnson MedTech Biosurgery team in the West Midlands is seeking a high-performing sales professional to grow our Adjunctive Haemostat portfolio within NHS and private centres. You will lead account planning, execute sales strategies, and collaborate with the broader MedTech family to deliver value.

The role requires deep market knowledge, ability to manage diverse stakeholders, and a proven track record of achieving annual sales plans. Competitive compensation and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales success in Biosurgery or surgical environment.
• Extensive knowledge of NHS and Private sector markets across multidiscipline surgical areas.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive plans and strategies.
• Clear and concise communicator with strong presentation skills.
• ABPI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth within key NHS and private centres in the West Midlands.
• Lead territory development via comprehensive business plans.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and advocacy across J&J MedTech.
• Collaborate with Biosurgery sales team and other stakeholders to maximize opportunities.
