Johnson & Johnson MedTech in the West Midlands is seeking a Biosurgery Sales Business Manager for the Biosurgery portfolio (Adjunctive Haemostat) in key surgical NHS and private centres. You will drive growth through flawless account planning, sales execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to Regional Sales Manager for Biosurgery, you will lead territory development, build strategic plans, manage stakeholders, and expand adoption of new technologies while maintaining core

Qualificações

• Proven track record of sales success within Biosurgery or the broader surgical environment.
• Extensive knowledge of NHS and Private sector markets across multidisciplinary surgical areas.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive plans and strategies.
• Effective communicator with clear aims and concise messaging.
• Influencing and business partnering skills to drive technology adoption; ABPI preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop in-depth understanding of market dynamics in key accounts for Biosurgery.
• Lead territory through comprehensive business plans; focus on high-value opportunities.
• Manage relationships between company and customers to align resources and activities.
