Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Biosurgery is seeking a high-performing Sales Leader to grow the Adjunctive Haemostat portfolio across key private and NHS surgical centres in the West Midlands.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for Biosurgery, you will develop comprehensive business plans, win high-value opportunities, manage critical customer relationships, and collaborate across the Johnson & Johnson MedTech family to accelerate adoption of new technologies and drive territory growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales success within Biosurgery or the wider surgical environment.
• Extensive knowledge of NHS & Private sector markets across multidiscipline surgical areas.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders to drive plans and strategies.
• Influencing and business partnering skills to drive adoption of technologies.
• ABPI preferred, plus Capability in cross-selling and high-value account management.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for Biosurgery (Adjunctive Haemostat) in key NHS and private centres in the West Midlands.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet annual sales targets.
• Lead and develop accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships and advocacy.
• Collaborate with Biosurgery sales team and Key Account Managers across the Johnson & Johnson MedTech family.
• Represent the portfolio to customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to maximize opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal resources to ensure effective strategy execution and support.
