The Role

Reports to: Biometric Operations Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - at least once a week)

Compensation: £40k-£45k (Base) + 10% Bonus + Equity + Benefits

We are hiring a Biometric Operations Analyst to join our Science team as we continue to scale rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize the biometric platform by understanding configuration impacts and improving model performance.
• Facilitate deployment of new biometric systems/models, ensuring thorough evaluation and performance tracking.
• Design and utilize analysis and diagnostic tools, collaborate with Data Team, and work to eliminate bias.
• Investigate customer concerns, manage tickets, and analyze performance issues.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to assess risks associated with front-end changes.
