The Role

Reports to: Biometric Operations Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - at least once a week)

Salary: £40k-£45k (Base) + 10% Bonus + Equity + Benefits

We are hiring a Biometric Operations Analyst to join our Science team.

Responsibilities include:

• Optimising the biometric platform by understanding configuration impacts and identifying underperforming models.
• Facilitating deployment of new biometric systems, evaluating performance, and tracking results.
• Designing analysis and diagnostic tools, collaborating with Data Team, and eliminating bias.
• Investigating customer concerns and managing support tickets.
• Working with Product and Engineers to assess risks of front-end changes.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
