The Role

Reports to: Biometric Operations Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - at least once a week)

Compensation: £40k-£45k (Base) + 10% Performance Bonus + Equity + Benefits

iProov is expanding rapidly and is hiring a Biometric Operations Analyst to join our Science team.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize the biometric platform by understanding configuration and model impacts, identifying underperforming models, and collaborating with product teams.
• Facilitate deployment of new biometric systems/models, including evaluation, impact analysis, configuration optimization, and performance tracking.
• Design and utilize analysis and diagnostic tools, collaborate on analysis, and work to eliminate bias within the platform.
• Support customer issue investigations, manage tickets, and analyze performance concerns.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to assess the impact of front-end changes and perform data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience with BigQuery for handling large datasets and query optimization.
• Ability to navigate complex systems and understand component interactions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with technical and non-technical teams.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
