The Role

Reports to: Biometric Operations Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - at least once a week)

Compensation: £40k-£45k (Base) + 10% Company Performance Bonus + Equity + Wider iProov Benefits

We are hiring a Biometric Operations Analyst to join our Science team as part of our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize the biometric platform by understanding configuration and model impacts, identifying under-performing models, and collaborating with product teams.
• Facilitate deployment of new biometric systems/models, ensuring thorough evaluation, impact analysis, and performance tracking.
• Design and utilize analysis and diagnostic tools, collaborate with Data Team, communicate trends, and contribute to internal analysis tooling.
• Investigate customer concerns with the support team, managing tickets and analyzing performance issues.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to minimize risks associated with front-end changes, providing guidance and data analysis.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience with BigQuery and working with large datasets.
• Understanding of complex systems and component interactions.
• Analytical, organized, and excellent at communication and collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
